DStv Compact, asked us to promote their local content.
The challenge they had is that their target audience were more than content to watch the local content aired by free-to-air channels.
Our idea was based on the fact that many South Africans share similar backgrounds and challenges, unique to our country. Within our campaign
we tapped into this common identity. We asked DStv personalities who had similar upbringings as the viewers to tell us the story of the journey they took from their homes, to the homes of thousands of TV viewers.
